PAYMENT QUESTIONS: How can I pay for my shirt? We use PayPal which allows you to use a credit card or your PayPal account. If you live in Korea you can also complete a Bank Transfer. Is my information safe? Yes, we never view any of your personal information. All transactions are done through PayPal. SHIPPING AND ADDRESS CHANGE INFORMATION: What are shipping rates? All of our items now ship from Korea. We ship to anywhere in the world for no extra charge (only $2.50 standard shipping per shirt)! That is about the same as domestic shipping in the US and Korea! How long will it take my shirt to arrive? All domestic orders in Korea should be received between 3-7 business days after placing the order. Shipping times for International orders may take 1-3 weeks (this allows us to provide affordable international shipping). Average shipping times to California and New York were about 6-8 business days. If you do receive your order in this time, please contact us. When I placed an order through PayPal it wouldn't allow me to enter a different address, how do I fix this? Just include the address you want to ship to in the comments section when you check out, or just send us an email with the new address after you place your order. SHIRT INFORMATION: What kind of shirts do you use? For all shirts made in America: All of our shirts are printed on American Apparel blank shirts. Mens Shirts - 2001 Fine Jersey Short Sleeve T-Shirt Womens Shirts - 2102 Fine Jersey Short Sleeve T-Shirt Kids T-Shirts - 2105 Kids Fine Jersey Short Sleeve T-Shirt American Apparel shirts are of the highest quality and fit great! They are made of 100% Fine Jersey combed cotton, which make them extremely soft. All other shirts are made of 100% cotton in Korea. How should I wash my shirt? Our American shirts are made with American Apparel's blanks. All shirts are 100% preshrunk combed cotton. You can expect about 5-7% shrinkage after normal wash. Wash separately from whites, wash cold, do not bleach, tumble dry low, and do not iron design. What size should I buy? Girls American Apparel shirts and Korean shirts tend to run a little small. Please see our Size Chart Do you offer girl cut t-shirts? Yes we offer girl cut shirts for some designs. Just click on the shirt and then select "see this shirt in Womens" if available. Can I order custom shirts or different colors? Sorry, we are unable to change colors or do custom shirts at this time. Returns: Can I return my shirt? We stand behind the quality of every aspect of our shirts. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unworn shirt to us and we will refund 100% of your money minus shipping costs.
